Forms can be cleared from the form list. Clearing the form removes it from the
print order, but does not delete it. The form remains in the home directory and can
be used again if required.

To clear a form from an environment:
1.
Open the Environment menu and choose Print Order from the menu. The
View/Change Print Order dialogue will be displayed.

In the Forms section, click on the form to be cleared, then click on the Clear
button. A message box will be displayed, requesting confirmation to delete the
form from the list.

Choose OK. The form will be cleared from the list.

Choose OK in the View/Change Print Order dialogue to return to the
Environment Editor.
