Type in the name for the new page definition in the File To Add box, then
click on the Add button. The Create Page Definition dialogue will be
displayed.

Click on the type of page def you wish to create (internal or external) then
choose OK. The View/Change Page Definition dialogue will be displayed.

NOTE:
The file name for a new page definition can be any meaningful name,
up to 8 characters in length.
