Editing/Creating an Internal or External page

You can edit a page definition that has been created, but that has not been added
to the environment, or you can create a new page definition without adding it to
the environment.

To edit/create a page definition file:

Open the Environment menu and choose Print Order from the menu. The
View/Change Print Order dialogue will be displayed.

Click on the Files button to open the Select Page Def. dialogue. Any existing
internal or external page defs will be displayed in the respective lists.
