If you have completed the tutorial in Chapter 3, you are ready to create a form for

Forms are created and modified in the Form Editor. The Paris Designer offers you

Before we explain how to switch editors, we need to emphasize the difference
between static and dynamic form elements and how they are used in the Designer.

Elements that can be added to an environment or form in the Designer are text,

Elements added in the Form Editor are called Static Form Elements and, as

Elements added in the Environment Editor are called Dynamic Form
