In the Paris Conversion Manager, to change the form name before conversion,
Right mouse click on the form to display the form Save File As dialogue.
Right mouse click on the form to display the form Save File As dialogue.

Enter the new form name in the text field, then choose OK.
8.
When finished, click on the Run tool to submit the file for conversion.
