Step 2: Link the element to the relevant text block

With the element tool still selected, press
Ctl+N to display the Select Text Block
dialogue (or choose the Select Text Block option from the Environment menu).
The Select Text Block dialogue will be displayed, listing the text blocks in the
environment.

Choose the required text block from the list, then choose the OK button.
You will be returned to the Environment Editor. The selected text block will be
displayed on your page in BLACK, the remaining elements in the environment
will be displayed in BLUE.

Once you have linked the text block, you can
add the dynamic element to the
environment.
