Using the Percentage option with the Stacked Bar Chart
The Percentage option can only be used with Stacked Bar Charts. Select the
Stacking Bars and Percentage checkboxes and the Auto Calculate Values option
under the Axis tab.

The result is the stacked bar’s total value on the Y-axis is represented as 100%.
