Once static form elements have been created, they can be moved, copied and deleted.
Moving static form elements
Form elements can be moved around the page in the Form Editor using the Move
tool.

To move an element:
1.
Choose the Move tool from the ToolBox (or use the shortcut keys
Ctl+M).
2.
Move the pointer over the element to be moved. The targeted element will be
highlighted in RED.

3.
Click on the element. A dotted outline of the element will be displayed with the
pointer attached to a corner.

4.
Move the pointer to move the element to its new location. Click to place the
element.
