The number of copies of the file to be printed is entered in the ‘Selected printer 
copies’ box. If more than one printer is specified in the list, a different number of 
copies can be specified for a selected printer. The output will automatically be sent 
to each of the listed printers according to the number of copies specified.

The Total Copies box reflects the total number of copies sent to all the 

printers in the list.

Select the required printer from the list. 

Enter the number of copies required in the ‘Selected printer copies’ text box.
