The Time Format options available for selection are:
HH:MM:SS - 24 hour clock
e.g. 18:43:22
HH:MM:SS - 12 hour clock, no am/pm
e.g. 06:43:22
HH:MM:SS xx - 12 hour clock am/pm
e.g. 06:3:22 pm
