The Printer section of the View/Change Printers dialog deals with the printer
attributes that are displayed in the Paris Spooler control panel. The first thing to do
is to name the printer.

Printer Name
A printer is given a ‘File Name’ and a ‘Full Name’ and each is entered in the
relevant box in the View/Change Printer dialog.

The ‘File Name’ (default setting NEWPRT) is used to identify the printer in the
Spooler system and must be a valid DOS filename, up to 8 characters and must
also be unique.

The ‘Full Name’ is displayed in the ‘Printer’ column in the Paris Spooler control
