Right click on the New Folder.

Type in a name for the directory to poll.
10. Repeat steps 3 to 9 to create the destination folder.
11. Close Windows Explorer
If the Polling directory is located on the same computer as PlotWorks, the
directory needs to be “shared”.

To Share a Directory:
1.
Right click on the directory you want to share.
2.
Select Sharing from the right click menu.
3.
Select the Shared As radio button.
4.
Click on the OK button.
The directory is now shared.
Using the Poll Directory Function:
1.
Click on the Job Editor File menu.
