Configuring Windows NT 4.0 Workstation for FTP
You will need a Windows NT 4.0 Workstation CD/diskette to accomplish the
following.

Log on as Administrator.

Check to see if TCP\IP is installed on your system:

From the Start menu, go to Settings and then click Control Panel. The
Control Panel window displays.
