DPServer combines the quality and versatility of Xerox production
printers with the openness and access of a network environment. You
can now print your production jobs at the site that best supports your
business objectives and processes. DPServer can intelligently manage,
schedule, and print jobs to both Xerox production printers and select
non-Xerox printers within your network.

To improve overall network and print operation performance,
DPServer supports multiple clients simultaneously over SNA and
TCP/IP connections, allowing jobs to be sent and processed in
parallel. DPServer also performs transparent data stream transforms to
enable you to use the most appropriate printer for the job without
regard to data stream compatibility. These processes can be performed
automatically and without user or operator intervention.
