If a user whose balance is below his/her low balance limit submits a print job, 
XCounter can: 

• 

Print job anyway 

• 

Delete job 

• 

Pause job 

XCounter can be configured to send print job notifications to the user as follows: 

• 

"Never" 

• 

"Only If Requested" 

• 

"Always" 

Note: If "Only If Requested” is selected, then banners are printed only if they are 
specified in the print job's configuration, or on the CAPTURE or NPRINT command 
line. 

XCounter can be configured to send a form feed to the printer as follows: 

• 

"Never" 

• 

"Only If Requested" 

• 

"Always" 

Note: If "Only If Requested" is chosen, then a form feed is issued only if they are 
specified in the print job's configuration, or on the CAPTURE or NPRINT command 
line. 

XCounter can be configured to send a banner sheet to the printer as follows: 

• 

"Never" 

• 

"Only If Requested" 

• 

"Always" 

Note: If "Only If Requested" is chosen, then banners are printed only if they are 
specified in the print job's configuration, or on the CAPTURE or NPRINT command 
line. If a banner template file is configured, then XCounter will include a detailed 
banner after the print job and turn off the banner flag of the print job. Otherwise 
XCounter will turn on the banner flag of the print job, and the print server that services 
the job will print the banner the way it normally does.
