Dear Customer,  
 
Congratulations on the purchase of your press. We are pleased to present you with customer 
documentation that is flexible in format and gets you answers quickly and efficiently. 
 
This letter contains information on obtaining and installing the documentation that supports the press. 
The documentation can be installed on the Press Interface, the Print Server, a separate PC, or even a 
Macintosh computer—whatever is most convenient for you.  
 
 

1.  Go to www.xerox.com and select Support followed by Support and Drivers.  

2.  In the Search dialog box, type “Brenva”.  

3.  Select the Documentation link. 

4.  Select the operating system and language, if necessary. 

 

 
The default installation location is /usr/home. To make the documentation available to multiple users 
and install to a different location, log in as System Administrator, or root.  
 

1.  Follow the instructions to locate and download the customer documentation. 

2.  Place the downloaded installation file (.BIN) on the desktop. 

3.   Open the Terminal Window from the toolbar. 

4.  Type the following commands: 

Cd Desktop 
./<

filename.bin> 

Where, 

<filename.bin> represents the exact text in the name of the file. 

The installation program begins. 

5.  Follow the prompts in the installation program.  

The documentation is installed on the Press Interface. Links are added to the desktop.
