Looping the HTML code in coversheet.tpl and deliverysheet.tpl
Simple looping is accomplished with the following tag as shown in
Figure 12-3.

For each document being printed, print all the values between the
<foreach> and </foreach> tags. For example, Figure 12-4 displays a
