password for the user and click OK.

Web Document Submission users are never deleted from the system.
Since there may still be jobs in process associated with the user, they
are inactivated instead.

Users may be inactivated individually, or in a group by re-importing
the user file.

Perform the following to inactivate individual users:
1. From the XDX Control Center click Tools > UDG Admin.
2. The
User Group Directory Admin window opens. Locate the
user to be inactivated and click on the line containing their name.
The line should be highlighted. Click Inactivate User.
