Loading paper in Trays 1-5
Note
Note
Transparencies and glossy coated paper cannot be loaded in trays 2-5; they can only be
loaded in Tray 1 or the Multi-Purpose Tray. Envelopes, labels, business cards, greeting
cards, thick card stock, CD/DVD labels, and CD/DVD inserts cannot be loaded in trays 1-5;
they can only be loaded in the Multi-Purpose Tray.

To load paper in Trays 1-5:
1.
Pull out the tray.
2.
If necessary, adjust the width and length guides to match the size of the paper.
If you change the type of paper, you MUST
specify the type on the front panel of the
printer.
