Close the front door.

Jam at the Multi-Purpose Tray
1.
Remove the jammed paper from the Multi-Purpose Tray.
2.
Use the latch on the front of the printer to open Front Door A.
3.
Remove any jammed paper. Make sure that all scraps of paper are removed.
