Status
The status tab provides information on the setup and current state of the machine.
General
The General page allows you to view the Name, Location, IP Address and Status of the machine.

At your Workstation, open the web browser, enter the TCP.IP Address of the machine in the
Address bar.

Note
All information presented on the Local UI display is also presented in CWIS. This includes e-
mail addresses, phone numbers and passwords as they are being entered. If this presents a
security concern, Xerox recommends enabling the IP Filtering security feature in order to control
remote access to the device.

Rebooting the machine
It is possible to reboot the machine from CentreWare Internet Services by clicking on Reboot Machine
on the General page. The Network Controller takes approximately 5 minutes to reboot and network
connectivity will be unavailable during this time.
