Disabling Pop-up Chat Notifications
If you are presenting or viewing shared content in full screen mode, and your Chat
pod is out of view, and you have installed the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express
Presenter Add-in, you can choose to receive pop-up chat notifiers. When chat
notifiers are enabled and a participant sends you a chat message, a notification
appears in the lower-right corner of your screen. You can see the name of the
sender and the first few words of the message in the notification window.
By default, chat notifications are enabled. If you do not want notifications to be
shown while you are presenting, you can disable them so that you will not see chat
messages while you are using full screen mode.
Before You Begin
You must have already installed the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express
