In the

Click the telephone icon at the bottom of the 

Choose Call Selected User from the pop-up menu.

If one or more of the selected users has already joined by telephone, only the Call 
Selected User option is available in the Voice Meeting Options menu. If multiple 

 are selected and some are on the phone and some are not, then only 

the Call New Telephone User option is available. If no 

 are selected, 

only the Call New Telephone User option is available.
