Select the meeting to join. The meeting that you choose must be currently in 
session, or a few minutes in the past or the future. Meetings that you can join now 
are indicated with an @ symbol.

Press the Join 

 to have the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express system 

call you. If there is no Join 

, it is too soon to attend the meeting, the 

meeting is over, you have already joined the meeting, or you cannot join it.
