Installation Problems
Problem
The client application installations do not download when the links on
the installation web page are clicked.

Solution
CAD Configuration Setup was not completed successfully on the Base

If Configuration Setup starts in Update Mode, start CAD Configuration
Setup. From the menu bar, choose File > Reset Client Installs. This
places the client install files in the default location, and reconfigures
them to use the default setting for the IP address of the LDAP server.

Problem
When upgrading from a previous version to a System IPCC version,
Login by Name does not work although that is the only login method
used in a System IPCC installation. The option for choosing login
method in Cisco Desktop Administrator is disabled.

Solution
Launch the CAD Configuration Setup utility. When asked , “Is this a
System IPCC installation?” answer No, and then click Apply. Close
