This transform matches URIs received from Unified CM in the form <uri>:<port> and strips off any port 
information to convert them into just <uri>.

 1.  Go to

 2.  Click New.

 3.  Configure the fields as follows:

Enter a high priority such as 5 (the priority of this transform should be before any 
transforms that need to be applied for searching neighbor zones)

Strip off any port information

For example: (.+):.*

Replace

For example: \1

Enabled

 4.  Click Create transform.
