Using Collaboration Solutions Analyzer
Collaboration Solutions Analyzer is a tool created by Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to help you with
troubleshooting, by analyzing log files from your Cisco Expressway.

To get started:
1.
Collect the logs from your Cisco Expressway.
2.
(You need a customer or partner account to sign in).
3.
Paste or drag in your log file.
4.
Click Run.
The tool analyzes the log file and displays the information in a format that is much easier to understand than the raw
logs. For example, you can generate ladder diagrams to show SIP calls.
