On the title bar of the application that you no longer want to share, select the Stop

Sharing a remote computer
A presenter uses remote computer sharing to show all training session participants a
remote computer. Depending on how the remote computer is set up, the presenter
can show the entire desktop or just specific applications. Remote computer sharing is
useful to show participants an application or file that is available only on a remote
computer.

Participants can view the remote computer, including all the presenter's mouse
movements, in a sharing window on their screens.

As presenter, you can share a remote computer during a training session if:
You have installed the Access Anywhere Agent on the remote computer
You logged in to your Training Center Web site before joining the training
session, if you are not the original training session host
