In the Message box, type your message.

Responding to a request for help
If a participant requests help, the Ask for Help indicator appears next to participant's
name in the Hands-on Lab panel.

To respond to a request for help:

Next to the participant's name, click the Ask for Help indicator.
The Broadcast Message dialog box appears.

Type a message in the Message box.

Click OK.
Your message appears on the participant's desktop.
