When I submit the URL via Cisco Web Access Control submission tool, I select a suggested category of the

Environment: Cisco Web Security Appliance (WSA) with AsyncOS 6.3 or newer
In general, the URL submission will be reviewed by our Web Categorization Operations team. They will
assign the URL with a category that is the best fit to the category definition.

During the process, the analyst does take the suggested category as strong reference for category assignment.
However, the final category of the URL may or may not be the same as the suggested category.
