Cisco
®
Mobile Wireless Transport Manager 6.1.7 provides monitoring and
management capabilities to Cisco IP Radio Access Network (IP RAN) solutions, Cisco
RAN Optimization Solution for Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) and
Universal Mobile Telecommunications Service (UMTS) solution, Cisco IP Transfer
Point (ITP) networks, and Cisco Mobile Internet solutions. Cisco Mobile Wireless
Transport Manager addresses the element-management requirements of mobile
operators and provides fault management, configuration, and troubleshooting
capabilities as mobile operators make the transition from first-generation, fixed leased-
line networks to a converged IP-based infrastructure.
