and enterprise applications and the infrastructure on which they run, often with complex interdependencies. In 

such environments, IT typically uses job scheduling tools to control batch and on demand event processing, 

which are vital to the success of a range of business operations from sales to manufacturing to financial

variety of message bus and enterprise service bus technologies and to integrate them into an existing 

enterprise-wide job scheduling architecture. This adapter helps users overcome the challenges of scheduling in 

message-driven environments.  

 

Cisco Workload Automation Adapter for JMS enables IT operations staff to integrate message-based 

application services into the broader enterprise scheduling environment, allowing users to create, send, and 

receive messages that are transmitted through an enterprise messaging architecture.
