Support added for new line cards in Cisco NCS 4000 devices by introducing the ability to configure 
the framing type as Packet. The line cards can also be configured with different rates.

You can now view details of and rollback the admin configuration on a given device. You can further 
use Cisco EPN Manager to upload a file with new configuration details and then deploy the 
configuration to devices such that the new configuration is merged with the device's existing 
configuration. This feature is supported on Cisco ASR 9000 and Cisco NCS 4000 devices.
