Step 8.  Import the Call Center definition file. 
1.  Select the “Import” link on the All Call Centers administration 
page. 
2.  Use the browse option to navigate to the directory with the 
Cisco_Salesforce_CallCenter.XML and select the file to import it. 
3.  After selecting the file, press “Import” to import the new call 
center configuration. 
4.  This will open the “Call Center Detail” page where you can 
modify the call center configuration. 
Edit your Call Center Configuration 
Note:  You will only need to perform the edits for steps 10, 11 and 14 if 
you did not edit the call center configuration definition file.   
The rest of these configuration steps should be reviewed and may need to 
be set. 
Salesforce.com has very good on-line documentation explaining most of 
the configurations and their use.  These instructions are provided here for 
you convenience.
