Step 2: System name configuration
The System name defines the name of the Cisco VCS.
The System name appears in various places in the web interface, and in the display on the front
panel of the unit (so that you can identify it when it is in a rack with other systems). The system name
is also used by Cisco TMS.

You are recommended to give the Cisco VCS a name that allows you to easily and uniquely identify it.
If the system name is longer than 16 characters, only the last 16 characters will be shown in the
display on the front panel.

To configure the System name:
1. Go to the System administration page (System configuration > System).
2. Configure

System name as follows:

Cisco VCS Expressway
System name
Enter VCSc
Enter VCSe
3. Click
Save.
