You can also start an instant meeting from the Mac toolbar 

Select the WebEx ball icon on the Mac toolbar. 

Select Meet Now from the menu. 

  

 

 

 

  

Note:  

 

By default, instant meetings you start with Meet Now happen in your Personal 
Room. To change your default settings, go to your WebEx site and select My WebEx 
> Preferences and specify options for the "Meet Now" Settings and Audio 
sections. 

 

Instant meetings and Personal Room meetings are WebEx-only meetings. CMR 
Hybrid meetings do not support instant meetings or Personal Room meetings.
