13 Getting Inputs or Outputs of a Service Request
To view the input or output of a service request, do the following:
1.
Navigate to Organization > Service Request and click the Service Requests tab.
2. Choose a service request and click View Details.
A pop-up window appears.
3. Click Input/Output.
The input and output of workflow and sub workflow are displayed.
