The colored indicator at the right-side end of the menu bar at the top of the 

 page indicates the status of your connection to the web 

meeting room, as described in the following table: 

 

 

At various times during the meeting, a variety of information may appear in 
pop-up notifiers near the right-side end of the menu bar. For example, if you have 
network connection problems, you will see a notifier containing information 
about your network status. 

 

Someone is requesting entry to the 
locked meeting.

An error has occurred. 

All participants see this icon if they 
are experiencing an error.

Roll your mouse over the 
icon to see more information 
about the error.
