Problem
I’ve already downloaded the Macromedia Flash Player and 
Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express is prompting me to download it again. 
Solution
If you have multiple browsers installed on your computer, you will be 
prompted to download the Flash Player the first time you use each browser to join 
the web meeting room.

Problem
I have requested to join a locked meeting but nothing is happening. I 
know I’m welcome in the meeting. 
Solution
The presenter may not be able to interrupt the presentation just now. Or 
the presenter may not see your entry request. See if you can reach the presenter or 
another participant via another method.
