Date 
The date your 
meeting will 
start.
Enter a date, or click the 
calendar icon to choose 
a date from the calendar. 
Use the date format of 
the default date 
displayed in the field. 
Years must include all 
four digits. 
Note
The system 
administrator 
sets the format 
for the date. 
This date cannot be 
further in the future 
than two years minus 
one day.
Time 
The time of day 
that you want 
your meeting to 
start. 
Drop-down list for the 
hour of day that you 
want your meeting to 
start. 
You may see options 
based on a 12-hour 
clock with AM and 
PM, or times based on 
a 24-hour clock. 
Field in which to enter 
number of minutes past 
the hour that the 
meeting will start. 
This number must be 
between 1 and 60.
(Time Zone) 
Your meeting will 
start when it is the 
time of day you 
specify in the time 
zone displayed. 
The time zone may be 
set by your system 
administrator, or you 
may be able to change 
it in your user profile.
