Product Update Tool (PUT) 
If you have a valid services contract for Cisco
®
 WCS, LMS, NCS 1.x or Cisco Prime
™ 
Infrastructure 1.x you can use the PUT to procure licenses. Access the PUT at 
. 
You need to be a registered user with a Cisco.com account and contract entitlement to 
use this tool.  
If you are unable to access the Product Upgrade Tool, send an email message to  
 with the keyword PUT-ACCESS in the subject line of the 
message. Include your cisco.com user ID and applicable contract number. 
Once logged in to the tool, and you enter your contract number(s), navigate through the 
tool to get your PAKs.
