 because it discusses how meeting moderators can manage the web 

meeting room window. It does not apply to participants in the 

 because those meetings do not have meeting moderators.

If participants’ network connection is too slow compared to the network 
connection speed and bandwidth of the 

, or if activity and 

settings in the web meeting room require more bandwidth than is available, 
participants will have problems viewing and participating in the web meeting.

The following meeting room conditions require more bandwidth:

Sharing complex, high resolution, high color images.

Multiple active presenters.

Rapid screen changes (for example, if a presenter flips slides quickly).

Moderators should monitor participants’ connections to the 

ensure that participants can see and participate. If participants’ 

 

windows are not updating properly, or if they are losing network connection with 
the 

, moderators can use the following information to improve 

participants’ viewing experience:
