Before You Can Share Content
If you are participating in a 
 and will share your screen for other 
participants to see, you must first install the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express 
Presenter Add-in. See the 
information on how to install the Presenter Add-in.
You can install the Presenter Add-in before you need to share, or install it the first 
time you try to share content. Anyone can install the Presenter Add-in. After you 
install the Presenter Add-in, you do not need to install it again.
If a 
 in the meeting is sharing their screen, anyone in the meeting who 
has 
 or 
 permissions can add annotations even if they do not 
have the Presenter Add-in.
About Sharing a Desktop, Window, or Application
