Cisco Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express 2.1 Release Note

If you are participating in a 

 and will share your screen for other 

participants to see, you must first install the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express 
Presenter Add-in. See the 

 for 

information on how to install the Presenter Add-in.

You can install the Presenter Add-in before you need to share, or install it the first 
time you try to share content. Anyone can install the Presenter Add-in. After you 
install the Presenter Add-in, you do not need to install it again.

If a 

 in the meeting is sharing their screen, anyone in the meeting who 

has 

 or 

 permissions can add annotations even if they do not 

have the Presenter Add-in.

This topic only applies to participants in the

Moderators and 

s can demonstrate applications, display one or more 

documents, or show their desktop to all participants in a meeting room. This is

. Any changes that the 

 makes to a shared 

application, document, or desktop are visible to all

Any overlapping windows from applications that are not selected for sharing 
appear to viewers as a blue cross-hatch pattern.
