Meeting Center and Training Center only 

You can turn on high-definition video for your site from two places in the Site 
Settings > Common page: 

 

To turn on high-definition video for your site

—In the Site Options section, 

under the Set maximum video bandwidth to option, check Turn on 
high-definition video. 

 

To turn on high-quality video as an option when scheduling meetings on 
your site

—In the Default Scheduler Options section, under Video 

options, check Video, Turn on high-quality video, Turn on high-
definition video.  

 

Note:  

 

High-quality video must be turned on for your site in order for high-definition video to 
be available. 

 

High-definition video is an optional feature that must be provisioned for your site. 

 

 

Select Monitor WebEx media traffic to enable Media Monitoring 
capabilities for site. The default is off.  

Select Use Mediatrace capabilities in Meeting Center to enable 
Mediatrace capabilities. The default is off. The company’s Mediatrace 
router credentials are required.  

 

Enter the Mediatrace Access credentials as applicable. 

Select Use the Media Services Interface to collect location 
information from local networking equipment to enable location 
reporting services. The default is off.  

  

Note: Media Services Interface (MSI) must be installed on local computers for all 
features to work.
