To have requests placed in a queue for approval, click Site admin will 
manually approve service requests... and then choose from the 
following options: 

  

 

Approve requests 
from these email 
domains 

Use this option to automatically accept requests from a domain. 
Enter the URL here in this format: 

webex.com 

You can use an asterisk to indicate that any characters can be 
substituted for a portion of the domain name: 

*.webex.net 

To specify multiple domains, separate each domain with commas 
(but no spaces). 

webex.com,*.webex.net,webex.org 

 

Reject requests not 
from these email 
domains 

Use this option to automatically reject requests that do not originate 
from a certain domain. Enter the domain from which you accept 
requests in this format: 

webex.com 

You can use an asterisk to indicate that any characters can be 
substituted for a portion of the domain name: 

*.webex.net 

To specify multiple domains, separate each domain with commas 
(but no spaces). 

webex.com,*.webex.net,webex.org 

 

All site 
administrators 

Select this option to have all requests that are automatically rejected 
sent to all site administrators for consideration. 

 

Selected site 
administrators 

Select this option to have all requests that are automatically rejected 
sent to a specific site administrators for consideration. Then enter 
the email address of that site administrator in the box. 

Scroll to the page bottom and click Update to save your changes.
