This document describes a problem that is encountered with Cisco MediaSense Version 10.5(1)SU1 when you
attempt to use the new in−line player feature with Internet Explorer (IE) Version 11 (IE11) and presents a
solution to the problem.

Background Information
MediaSense Version 10.5(1)SU1 introduced an option that enables a new media player directly in the
browser, which does not require that you launch a separate Java application in order to stream media. You can
enable this feature via the MediaSense Administration page, as shown:
