Product Information
Each Xtend Screen Cleaner is an expertly balanced blend of
solvents and detergents which are used at the end of a print run
for the removal of ink residues. This blend enables the Screen
Cleaner and the ink to be easily emulsified with water, and
prepares the stencil surface for the rapid action of decoating
chemicals. Xtend Screen Cleaners can be used manually or in
automatic screen cleaning machines.

Instructions for Use
Manual Cleaning
1. Apply Xtend Screen Cleaner liberally to both sides of screen
with a soft brush.
2. Concentrate on the image area, using circular brush strokes.

To keep solvent out of mains drains, the use of a solvent recycling

Most Xtend Screen Cleaners can be distilled, following removal from
the automatic screen cleaning machine, in a suitable vacuum
distillation unit. To optimise distilled solvent for reuse as a screen
cleaner, the addition of an activator is recommended in the ratio of
ten parts distilled solvent to one part activator.
