Mesh Preps:
Xtend mesh preps are formulated to optimise adhesion and 
extend stencil life and to prepare and degrease mesh prior to 
stencil production. 
 
Prep 101 mesh preparation paste
•   For use on new mesh with all types of stencil, particularly indirect
stencils.
•  Considerably enhances the life of the stencil.
•   Helps prevent pinholes and fish-eyes caused by dust and grease
contamination.
•  Suitable for all mesh fabrics.
•  Contains no caustic or other hazardous chemicals.
Prep 102 degreasing and emulsifying concentrate
•   For use before each application of direct emulsions and direct/
indirect stencils.
•  Thoroughly degreases and evenly wets all mesh fabrics.
•   Helps prevent pinholes by removing dust particles and imparting
anti-static properties to the mesh.
•   Greatly assists the flow characteristics of direct emulsions.
•   Contains a low foaming detergent mix and an active wetting agent.
•  Contains no silicones or comparable additives.
Prep 300 sprayable degreasing concentrate
Properties as Prep 102, but in addition:
•   Particularly recommended for use in automatic screen cleaning
machines.
•   Suitable for fast manual spray application onto large screens.
AquaPrep:
is a degreasing concentrate that conditions the mesh to hold a 
continuous film of water, thereby ensuring optimum adhesion of 
capillary films,
AquaPrep mesh wetting & degreasing concentrate
•  Thoroughly degreases and removes dust particles from all mesh.
•   Conditions mesh to hold a continuous film of water, with no
reticulation, for up to 5 minutes – allowing the easy and complete
mounting of capillary films.
•  Is low foaming for easy rinse off.
Instructions for Use – Prep 101 or 102
1.  Wet the screen with cold water.
2.   Apply a small quantity of Prep to both sides of the mesh, rubbing
in a circular motion with a soft brush or sponge. Ensure the entire
screen is thoroughly treated in this manner.
3.  Leave the screen to stand for a few minutes.
4.   Wash or hose off with cold water until the effluent is free of foam.
Do not use hot water with Prep 102 as this can cause mesh 
blockage.
5.  Dry as usual prior to applying stencils.
Instructions for Use – Prep 300
For use in automatic screen cleaning machines:
1.   Dilute 1 part Prep 300 with 5 parts water and use in accordance
with the recommendations of the machine manufacturer.
For manual spray degreasing of screens:
1.  Dilute 1 part Prep 300 with 5 parts water.
2.   Spray both sides of the mesh with the diluted Prep 300 using a
pressurised garden spray or syphoned through a high pressure
water gun.
3.  Allow to react for a few minutes.
4.  Wash or hose off with water until the effluent is free of foam.
5.  Dry as usual prior to applying stencils.
Instructions for Use – AquaPrep
1.  Wet the screen to be treated with cold water.
2.   Apply a moderate quantity of AquaPrep to the print side of the
screen and rub into the mesh using a brush or a sponge.
3.  Wash off with a strong cold water spray.
4.  Adhere capillary film whilst mesh is still wet.
