The way plates perform on-press with the relevant pressroom products is critical
to achieving optimum printing results. Because Fujifilm is one of the largest
manufacturers and suppliers of pressroom solutions in the industry, we have been
able to optimise the formulation of our pressroom products to match our plates and
your performance demands. By using Fujifilm plates with our pressroom solutions,
you can be guaranteed of the best performance and print quality.
Founts
Founts from Fujifilm are designed to guarantee a stable printing process with low
ink settings and minimised ink-feedback. This leads to a reduction in the need for
blanket washing, minimising maintenance and press downtime. Minimising costs is
critical in today’s print industry, and Fujifilm founts help you to reduce your waste
paper costs , due to low dampening settings and fast start up. With our S1 range
of safety label free founts, we also fulfil your health and safety demands.
Washes
Fujifilm washes ensure a fast cleaning process, reducing the downtime required
to clean blankets and rollers. As blankets are completely dry after cleaning, paper
waste on restart is dramatically reduced which helps you to save money. Our
VOC-free washes and micro-emulsions also help you to meet environmental
demands and regulations. Also, because the wash emulsions are stable, if wash is
mixed with water, blocking of the return pipes is minimised.
Glues
Fujifilm glues are formulated to make easy maintenance possible. As these glues
are easily remoisturised, the cleaning of the gluing system is simplified. By adapting
the product performance to the different applications, Fujifilm can ensure optimum
results. Also, the use of large packaging sizes reduces waste. Additional cost
savings can be achieved thanks to an accurate and fine glue line, resulting in much
lower consumption.

In addition, Fujifilm offers a full range of auxiliaries which support each main
pressroom product in its performance, from special cleaners to maintenance
