Colour Range and Mixing Ratios
The colours in the TK range are fully intermixable, but caution
should be exercised in order that excessive amounts are not
added to the Extender Base, as this may adversely affect
resistance properties.
The table below shows the range of colours and their corresponding
product codes. In addition, mixing ratios are given which represent
the percentage by weight of TK Colour Concentrate required to
be blended into each Extender Base in order to obtain a close
approximation of the ready mixed standard colours illustrated in the
Fujifilm Textile Colour Guide.

SERICOL
TK Textile Pigment Concentrates are a range of water-based
dispersions for easy mixing into Texiscreen Aqua AJ and Extender
Base. The resulting blend is a ready to use water-based textile ink
with specific characteristics as listed below.

Extender Base
To produce brilliant transparent shades ideal for use on cotton,
cotton/polyester blends and many synthetic fabrics. Finished prints
have an extremely low feel or ‘handle’ and excellent resistance to
washing, dry cleaning and ironing. Prints require heat curing at
150-170°C for 2-3 minutes.

3-4 minutes.
